Hoow Foods is a food technology startup focused on the restructuring of foods to modify their nutritional profiles, with health as a priority. Modified food products are improved with regard to sugar, fat, protein, fiber and glycemic index and this is generated from a platform technology that allows for reverse engineering of existing products and food chemistry-based substitution of ingredients.
Hoow Foods is launching an internship programme to assist and oversee the commercialisation, execution of deals and partnerships with external organisations. This also includes the day-to-day business operations of Hoow Foods’ joint venture companies.
Job Scope:
a. Marketing - to help with the implementation and be involved in marketing commercialised products that we have with our joint venture companies (e.g the Killiney coffee etc), which includes working on social media business development.
b. Business Finance - to help with the financial projections and budgeting of future commercialisation projects in the R&D pipeline.
c. Operations - hands-on work with the marketing/Business Development team to launch commercialised products which involves logistics and manpower planning and forecast.
d. To gain first-hand experience in a high growth, deep-tech startup company in the FMCG sector.
