Multi-channel Merchandise Assistant (Full Time Perm)

• Track and monitor Samples from the warehouse to photography using KPI reporting.
• Check delivery intake and ensure photography & internet stock ideals have been added accordingly.
• Ensure all product information on site is correct and all products are displaying properly.
• Process fast track IBTs to recall stock from stores where required.
• Approve new products making sure that intake goes online as quickly as possible, ensuring product photography is of a high standard and highlighting any missing images or process delays.
• Work closely with the buying team to understand the product and keep aware of intake dates etc.
• Assist the Merchandiser to create reports on daily sales performance, best sellers, what’s not live, monthly reporting etc

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills required.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to accurately enter data.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
