Job Description

Intern responsibility is to: 

Support regional Procurement Director to better manage procurement spend data across different markets and carry out the relevant analysis and report to define future procurement strategy as well as optimizing total spending.


Job Scope

  • Analysis of different categories spend from different markets
  • Review and revision of spend categorization
  • Coordinating process and data collection between markets and corporate team
  • Track spend status and reporting
  • Assisting in vendor information collection and evaluation 
  • Support market procurement process training and execution 
  • Other Ad hoc tasks

Requirement and skills

  • Strong Excel and PPT skills
  • Analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Good master of spoken and writing in English
  • Collaborative and good communication skills
