Job Description
- Liaise with Banks on Hire purchase and loan requirements
- Cash flow planning
- Check and approve payments
- Prepare monthly journals and reconciliations
- Maintain bank register and approve bank reconciliation
- Monthly consolidation
- Quarterly GST submission
- Prepare income tax schedule and liaise with tax consultant
- Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditor
- Ensure prompt update of accounting software
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- Independent and proactive team player with the abilities to handle tight deadlines
