• Monitoring and surveillance of investment guidelines including setting up/maintaining of rules and watch lists in the Bloomberg AIM and Compliance checklists
• Post trade monitoring of investment guidelines and following up on breaches identified
• Scheduled reporting to clients and trustee
• Audit preparation and Compliance manual checks controls
• Design and develop automation solutions using Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tool
• Analyze business process to identify opportunities for automation, build, test and deploy RPA bots to automate routine and repetitive tasks

Job Requirements:

• Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Meticulous & self-motivated individual
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Positive/good learning attitude and a fast learner
• Strong understanding of process automation, workflow design and business process analysis
• Experience in deploying automation solutions or developing automated processes through programming languages will be an added advantage
• Able to commit full-time for at least 6 months
