We are looking for an Marketing person to identify business opportunities and to engage and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
The objective is to find opportunities and to develop long-term profitable relationships with our customers based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
The candidate must also be able to develop, monitor and manage all social media channels, campaign and other marketing related activities leading to greater brand awareness and achieving higher sales target for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement and review sales and marketing strategies to meet company’s objectives
Identifying business opportunities to drive sales and promotion activities to achieve sales targets
Manage existing and potential accounts including but not limited to pre-sales and after-sales support to enhance customers’ loyalty
Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
Assist in the creation of content both online (Social Media & Website) and offline (Brochures & Collaterals) to support and push marketing activities
Working with external partners to optimise SEO activities
Requirements:
Proven track record and experience in sales
Ability to communicate in a professional manner across different levels of a business and to a global customer base
Excellent writing skills
Some knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) skills would be advantageous
An excellent understanding of all social media & online networking platforms
Excellent work ethic
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
