Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Market research
  • Data entry and digitization
  • Filing and codifying of documents
  • Stock maintenance and replenishment
  • FA labeling & maintaining FA listing
  • PO update & documentation
  • Updating monthly currency rates from MAS
  • Preparation of cheque payments
  • Mailbox duties
  • And any other adhoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree students from Business Faculty
  • 3 months Internship period, conversion opportunities available to the right candidates.
  • Required experience in Ms Office
  • Good attitude to learn new things
  • Self-organized
  • Hardworking and highly Discipline
  • Pro-active, self-motivated team player with good communication skills (written and oral) in English


Working Conditions:

  • Mondays to Fridays
  • 9 am to 6 pm
