This fast-growing company is headquartered in London, with offices in Boston and New York. This role will be based in shared office space in Singapore and will report into the VP of Product – APAC based in Singapore. 

Job Description

The Role

Leisure Pass Group has big plans for Asia. Already well established in the US and Europe we are looking to build on the success of the newly launched Singapore, Bangkok and Hong Kong Pass to develop new destinations in Asia for our innovative Sightseeing Passes. We seek an experienced, energetic, and entrepreneurial person to join the Leisure Pass Group team in the role of Regional Support Executive.

Working closely with the VP of Product- APAC is responsible for keeping the daily operations of assigned destinations running as smoothly and efficiently as possible. By prioritising tasks appropriately, the Regional Support Executive is expected to maintain a high level of proficiency about the product, partner relationships and the systems that operate our passes.

Key Responsibilities

 Product Team 

  • Support product development work for the APAC product team
  • Research and audit products and pricing on a regular basis

Partner relations and Information Management 

  • Liaise with attractions partner for any issues or questions pertaining to devices and partner portal and report back to the Operations and Product team.
  • Monitor and report any under/extra reported attraction visits and update on the system
  • Upload data onto various platform and system and make sure the information is valid and up to date.

Management of Equipment, Inventory and Validation Platform

  • Our ticketing validation tech platform is comprised of tablets and phones, mobile apps, web-based validation, and API integrations. With the support of our IT personnel in HQ, the Regional Support Executive is responsible for basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Responsible for maintaining a 98% online transaction metric across all validation tech.
  • Carry out equipment and system testing, to ensure the equipment is working properly with the system and able to capture transaction
  • To ensure that our attraction partners are always adequately stocked with print collateral, such as leaflets, posters, and window stickers
  • Keeping track of inventory of all devices and collateral

Key Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Excel knowledge
  • Data processing and manipulation experience
  • Tech savvy
  • Experience with project management is a plus.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent communication & inter-personal skills with both internal and external customers
  • Highly motivated – able to manage your own schedule and work independently to get the job done
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Competency in Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial – able to work at pace and deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges
  • Pro-active, flexible, and energetic approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timescales
  • Ability to work well with remote partners and remote teams
  • Must be skilled at multitasking, able to prioritize the most important work, and an excellent communicator.
  • Have a passion for travel and tourism products
