Job Description
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Oversee all social media(Facebook, Instagram, Carousell, etc.)accounts
- Assist the Management in creating E-learning contents
- Plan social media calendar and campaigns
- Take charge of content creation for weekly newsletter and blog posts
- Promote content on social network and monitor engagements
- Prepare well-structed drafts using digital publishing platforms
- Analyse social media campaigns to gather data and determine efficacy and areas for social media improvements
- Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and courses
- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
- Tracking and weekly reporting of inbound leads inquiries through social media channels
- Identify customer needs and recommend new topics
- Coordinate with marketing teams to illustrate articles
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- An ability to fact-check long form content pieces
- Multi-tasking and Time-management skills
- Good team player
