What you will be exposed to: 

• Improve the efficiency of processes 
• Participate in wedding/interior design events and handles operation support 
• Handle backend uploading of projects to provide best user experience for mobile app and website platform
• Develop practical solutions for growth of client satisfaction and ensure the smooth running of internal operations 
• Manage and maintain the organization’s website(s) 
• Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Instagram 
• Conduct research such as user testing and surveys to find out the needs and wants of the target audience 
• Identify pain points of the consumer and the opportunities that the company can fill 
• Engage and grow our online audience through our social media platforms

What You’ll Need

• Strong organisational skills
• Creative eye for a minimalistic aesthetic, in line with our brand’s image
• Effective communicator that is proficient in English and able to explain in a relatable and simplified manner
• Willingness to learn
