Lam Tak Group of companies is in the food to feed recycling business and has exported its products to many regional countries such as China, Taiwan, The Philippines, Vietnam, Japan, Malaysia and Korea.  Operating from its factories in Singapore and Malaysia, we have enjoyed 50% revenue growth each year for the past 5 years.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research work in both recycling technologies and commercial markets. 
  • Liaise with sales & marketing, R&D and financing on development of business plan.  
  • Conduct financial modelling to compare different commercial and implementation methods for maximising profit 
  • Ability to work both independently and with a fast-moving team of colleagues

Learning outcomes:

  • How to develop a business plan for series-A funding.
  • How to integrate technologies with commercial market to ensure project viability and sustainability.
  • How to reconcile differences in government policies, company practices and market forces to ensure project viability.
  • Develop strategies for implementation, and how to prioritise resources.
  • About company valuation and interaction with fund managers.

Start Date: Mid May 19 or June to mid-August or Oct 19.

Location: 1 to 3 days a week in Johor, Alam Jaya Industrial Park.  Transport to and back Johor provided.  Lodging in Johor provided.
