Kosh Consulting Group is seeking a honours year student or recent graduate with a degree in psychology from a good university, preferably someone with interest or experience in industrial/organisational psychology. A good understanding of psychometric assessments or selection methods would be a plus.
The ability to write well is crucial, and we are looking for someone who is meticulous and good at general research. If you can speak well with an international voice, that is a plus. We are especially keen on applicants who have previous experience conducting training or education.
A good attitude is paramount, as is the ability to work with other members of our team. Strong communcation and good leadership are other qualities that we take into account in our evaluation of applicants.
The successful intern will be tasked to help with researching and writing white papers; creating e-learning videos; designing assessment certification programs; creating marketing collaterals such as videographic scripts and presentation decks; etc.
