We are seeking a knowledgeable, mature and driven final year student or recent graduate in Psychology from a major reputable university. Interest or experience in occupational psychology would be a plus. Prior experience in a teaching or training capacity would be good. Excellent spoken English of an international standard is essential.
The successful intern will be helping us record online lectures that will be used for assessment certification as well as e-learning purposes. All the necessary slide decks and background information will be provided, and the intern is responsible for narrating through the presentation deck in a clear and concise manner.
Each lecture will range from 10-30 mins, and will cover a range of topics such as cognitive testing, personality assessments, emotional intelligence, psychological resilience, team building, change agility, cultural intelligence, etc. The work carried out will be under our HR Tech platform iAssess.
This assignment can be undertaken remotely, and suitable candidates not based in Singapore will be considered. Regular updates in person or via teleconference will be necessary. The initial assignment is for one month, but we have the option to extend the engagement period beyond 3 months for successful interns.
