Manage junior management. Oversee operation in his/her respective outlets allocated. Ensure maintenance of highest standard of quality as they relate to presentation, supervision and control of food and beverage service operation as to maximize profitability and customers’ satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the entire food & beverage service operations for service consistency
- Priorities all urgent maintenance of your outlets
- Tenancy and sales turnover management
- Advise and support tenants on their operational needs and service consistency
- Handle customers’ complaints and operational issues
Qualifications
Requirements:
- ‘N’/ ‘O’ Level certificate, fluent in English and one other local language
- Basic computer literacy including MS Word and Excel
- Possess good knowledge of WSHA, HACCP & MUIS regulations
- Hands-on with good problem-solving skills relating to food court operations and customer issues
- Ability to foster positive working relationshipsAble to work on permanent midnight shift, including weekends and public holidays
- Preferably with at least 2 years’ experience working in F&B sector
