Job Description
Operations Executive (Lau Pa Sat)
- Supervise and manage the entire food & beverage service operations for service consistency
- Priorities all urgent maintenance of your outlets
- Tenancy and sales turnover management
- Advise and support tenants on their operational needs and service consistency
- Handle customers’ complaints and operational issues
Qualifications
- Preferably someone with diploma in F&B or Business related
- Is fluent in English and one other local language
- Basic computer literacy including Google applications
- Hands-on with good problem-solving skills relating to food court operations and customer issues
- Ability to foster positive working relationships
- Preferably someone with at least 2-5 years’ in a supervisory role
- Experience working in F&B sector is a plus
