HR Executive - HR Shared Services (1-year Contract)

• Responsible for the execution of end-to-end HR operational processes and transactionsaccording to standard operating procedures
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of HR processes
• Responsible for ensuring accuracy and currency of employee data in HR system and personnel files
• Process the application, renewal and termination of work passes according to the lateststatutory regulations or requirements
• Responsible for end to end payroll processing
• Prepare HR letters and other documents in a timely and accurate manner
• Render support to annual HR exercises such as performance appraisal, annual declaration, etc.
• Prepare statutory submissions and ensure that HR processes are in compliance with applicable government regulations

Qualifications

• Prefer someone with at least 1 year of generalist experience 
• Diploma in HR or equivalent
