Job Description
- Develops realignment plan of existing outlets for operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Leads and coordinates the various projects in tandem with the FCF Transformation Office
- Establish the operational planning framework to drive the current and future plans of F&B Management
- Works with corporate services like Customer and Marketing as part of the FCF Rebranding effort
- Provides guidance to the area and outlet managers on the various initiatives and insights
- Develops a transformation plan in view of the changing business landscape
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma, preferably business administration or communications studies
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Creative and Innovative
- Self-starter - the ability to figure out what needs to be done and get things organized with minimal supervision
- Strong communicator - ability to present and engage various stakeholders
- Strong people manager with project management experience - ability to coordinate workflow and workload across teams
- Digitally savvy; familiarity with business intelligence tools, data analytics or digital marketing a strong plus
- Prior experience in the service industry preferred, especially in food services
