Human Resources Intern

This newly created role as our HR Intern will play a vital part in the foundations of Kopifellas. He/ She will have opportunity to get hands-on and make decisions under the care of the HR Lead. As we are expanding, this candidate will assist and learn from the HR Lead in all general admin aspects of HR.

Job Responsibilities 

Some examples of HR-related tasks:

• Recruitment (Posting, screening and hiring)
• Onboarding and Offboarding
• Assist and/or take on different HR projects
• Host & Plan Events for Employees (Engagement)
• Liaise with HR Lead for data submissions, ensure data integrity
• Assist to draft documentation of HR processes and practices
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Handle Employee Grievances
• Other ad-hoc duties

You will be perfect for this programme if you:

• Are someone who takes initiative, meticulous, strong sense of time, and a positive can-do attitude. Being a team-player and contributing to a positive work environment is important too
• Currently pursue diploma or undergraduate degree in the Human Resource Management discipline or keen on a career in HR
• Able to start immediately would be preferred
• Able to commit at least 3 months of full-time work
• Have a proven track record
• Good communication skills, detailed-oriented
• Are passionate, positive & collaborative
• Love working and contributing in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and in team
• Familiar with Microsoft tools
• Prior experience in F&B industry is an added advantage

• Working Hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
• Salary: $700 to $1000
