eRemit Singapore is a digital financial solutions provider backed by Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd and QALA Tech Pte Ltd. Established in 2018, the company is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), with Major Payment Institution License under KLIQ Pte Ltd.

As part of its services, eRemit Singapore enables users to make remittances with competitive real-time exchange rates as well as digitally monitor transfer statuses and history. The app is integrated with partners such as PayNow and Direct Bank Transfer, and also incorporates SingPass, MyInfo, and Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) for enhanced security verification.

We are looking for a diligent, meticulous, and helpful individual to join our team.

The intern will provide operational support to the Operations and Compliance Team.

The position will be on a 3 months renewable contract.

Job Scope:

• Competitor’s rates

• – To extract competitor’s rates for reporting purposes

• Reports

• - To extract details and create charts & tables

• EOD reports
• Clearing of listing via screening platform and escalate if required for negative findings are found.
• Assistance to prepare for transaction monitoring list on a monthly basis
• Other ac hoc tasks that are assigned by the team lead.

Requirements

• 2 days off on weekends.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel, with knowledge and proficiency in V-lookup, Pivot Table, and macros.
• Organized and able to multi-task: you are skilled at managing your time, priorities, tasks and getting things done fast, even when things can be chaotic
• Fast and Accurate worker: you have meticulous attention to detail and know-how to review your work to produce quality and deliver fast
• Can-do attitude problem solver: you are a roll-up-your-sleeves doer. You see a problem, arrive at a solution quickly, and know what it takes to get things done
