We are a local womenswear label looking for Junior Retail Assistant (Full/Part time) for our store in central location
Junior Retail Assistant (Full/Part-time)
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operations at retail outlet
- Provide excellent customer service, build client relationships and achieve sales targets
- Attend to customers’ enquiry and feedback, Inventory control and stock replenishment
- Maintain and uphold the retail outlets image and hygiene standards at all times
- Perform cashiering and reconcile daily sales to POS report
- Assist Senior Retail Associate on promotional events or displays
- Other ad-hoc retail operation duties advised by Senior Retail Associate
Ideal candidate is:
- Minimum N levels or equivalent Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Passionate, good teamwork and communication skills
- Full time: Able to work on 5-day work week rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays for full timer
- Part-time: Minimum 4 hours and able to work on weekends and public holidays
