Senior Retail Associate (Full-time)
We are local womenswear label looking for Senior Retail Associate (Full-time) for our store in central location
Responsibilities:
- Oversees and responsible for day-to-day operations at retail outlet
- Supervises, motivate and train retail assistant to provide excellent customer service, build client relationships and achieve sales targets
- Attend to customer’s enquires and feedback
- Responsible for inventory control and stock replenishment
- Maintain and uphold the retail outlets image and hygiene standards at all times
- Perform cashiering and reconcile daily sales to POS report
- Plan and oversee promotional events or displays
- Perform other additional projects and duties and assignments as required by management
Ideal candidate is:
- Minimum O level or equivalent with at least 2 years working experiences in retail industry
- Passionate, good teamwork and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Customer management, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on 5-day work week rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays
