Kiztopia Pte Ltd – Operations Crew

Who we are looking for:

Are you a flexible and passionate personnel with a positive attitude? If so, you might be a great fit for our company. We are a successful start-up and running the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore, with room for growth and we are looking for an Operations Junior Crew to manage the playground admission & day-to-day operations (e.g. maintain facility & equipment, upkeep hygiene, safety and operations standard)

Your Roles

• Assist in handle and manage customer visit experience.
• Assist in crowd control and manage visitor safeness.
• Assist in daily playground cleaning & hygiene related work.
• Assist in maintaining the playground area cleanliness and its tidiness.
• Assist in managing the playground inventory and storage.
• Operate playground equipment & assist in upkeep the equipment & facilities.
• Support day to day admission check in/out process.
• Support day to day event activities performance.
• Execute special task and project assigned by the superior

About You:

• You have at least GCE ‘N’ Level Certificate
• You enjoy to work with young children and their families
• You are flexible to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary
• You are a team player, and always put customer’s and company interest first.
• You have at least 1 years’ experience in customer service or related field
• You are motived individual that like to explore new thing and learn new skills.
