Kidmoro is a children's toy store, we have online stores and a Pop-Up store at i12 Katong. Our product range include back to school, collectable figures, plush, blind box, toys and games etc. 

Greeting customers: Welcoming customers into the store and making them feel comfortable

Cashier processes payments and refunds, operates the cash register, and manages returns.

Processing orders: Issue PO to replenish stocks

Resolving issues: Handling returns and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Stocking and organizing: Ensuring racks are fully stocked and merchandise is organized on the sales floor

Promoting sales: Informing customers about special offers, discounts, and the store's loyalty program

Providing feedback: Giving feedback to the store manager about customer experiences

Staying up-to-date: Keeping up with new products and services

Maintain clean and neatness in the store
