Job Description
Part Time Senior Sales Assistant / Sales Assistant
Responsibilities
- Maintain smooth daily shop operations
- Interact with customers and identify their needs and preferences
- Deliver excellent customer services and handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized
- Daily upkeep and maintenance of the shop to ensure cleanliness and tidiness
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience gained within a Retail or Customer Service environment
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays and at least 4 times per week.
- Experience in handling POS system, and computer experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage.
