JK Technology – Procurement Executive

JK Technology is a one-stop IT solution-sourcing centre. Today, we are the preferred IT vendor to over 3000 companies including SMEs, government bodies and educational institutions. 

Responsibilities:

• To conduct sourcing, evaluate & Request for Quotation from suppliers
• Proactively communicate with vendors and negotiate for the best deal, terms and contracts
• To process purchase requisition and raise PO timely
• To follow up with vendors in ensuring on time delivery performances are met
• To manage and coordinate the procurement requirement with all respective departments and projects
• To work closely with Logistic and Finance Department on planning and control for the inventory management
• Comply and uphold all procurement processes and policies
• Provide full spectrum of administrative support to Procurement Department
• Other ad-hoc project/activities assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain or related field
• Preferably familiar with IT products will be a plus point
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Procurement or B2B Sales
• Strong negotiation skills and good judgement ability
• Confidence communication skills and able to interact with other department heads
• Adaptive to fast pace environment, independently and result oriented
