Job Description
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Management
- Assist to check the details in the vendor invoices and supporting documents before transacting in the accounting system
- Assist to review Vendor Master Record for maintenance purpose
2. General Accounting & Reporting
- Assist to prepare intercompany schedules
- Assist to prepare the bank reconciliation reports
- Assist to prepare journals for month end closing
- Assist to prepare reporting package for month end reporting
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess relevant professional qualification in Accounting/Finance.
- Independent worker with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
