Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Timely and accurate monthly closing of partial set of accounts including Monthly & Weekly Sales Closing
  • Prepare trade invoices & credit notes.
  • Process monthly Staff Claims, Payments, Receipts & Journals and posting entries to accounting system
  • Responsible for Recharging/Reconciliation of Inter-Companies and Third Parties transactions
  • Work closely with various departments on purchasing requisitions, billing processes and ensure prompt follow-up on all invoicing matters
  • Overall responsible for procurement system support
  • Assist in preparation of Monthly Audit Schedules & other analysis reports
  • Liaise with external auditors for annual audit matters
  • Conduct annual physical stock checks at the warehouse and reconcile to the books
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance of internal control/regional guideline

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with minimum 2 year’s related working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Well-organized, independent and self-driven.
  • Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn and team player with a high level of integrity.
  • Meticulous and good with numbers.
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi-tasked and meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to commence work immediately
