As a boutique firm with a strong referral base among international schools and education agents, we are expanding our pipeline to meet growing demand for premium admissions coaching and paid admissions briefings.
We are seeking a BD Director to own and grow both B2B and B2C pipelines on an affiliate commission + base structure. You will build partnerships with international schools, agents, and enrichment centers across Singapore and APAC to secure bulk contracts for admissions packages, while also developing direct channels for paid admissions briefings and student enrollments. The role requires a hunter mindset, existing network in education/parent communities, and the ability to position our outcomes and mentor quality to close high-ticket deals. Success is measured by qualified pipeline created, conversion to paid clients, and revenue from both affiliate partnerships and direct sales.
Who will thrive in this role:
This role is for someone who already has a network in the education, agent, or high-net-worth parent space across Singapore and APAC and knows how to turn conversations into contracts. You’ll do well here if you’re comfortable selling high-trust, high-ticket services, can present to school leadership and parent groups with equal credibility, and enjoy building long-term affiliate partnerships rather than chasing one-off leads. A background in education consulting, test prep, international schools, or B2B services is ideal.
