Job Description
  • Assist in recruitment process:
    • Post openings in online venues (e.g Jobstreets, Jobscentral & Jobsbank), newspaper classifieds, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues
    • Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives including but not limited to preparation of recruitment logistics a day prior to job fair, distributing flyers, engage suitable candidates, increase public awareness of the company at career fairs, assist in interviewing and selecting employees onsite.
    • Conduct prescreening interviews and review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
    • Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, resume, and applicant logs after each recruitment fair.
    • Handle the recruitment phone line, escalate the enquires to the respective business partner accordingly
  • Assist and support Our People Survey (OPS) process, in updating the progression tracker upon receiving updates from respective division business partner
  • Monitor the cleaning crew performance appraisal cycle for commercial division. Ensure all forms are returned within given timeline (Mar to May) and audit of PA forms (20%) to meet Clean Mark requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date database in relates to other HR functions
  • Provide assistance to the Foreign Worker Management team as and when required
  • Undertake any duties/projects as assigned by the Superior
