Job Description

You'll play a vital role in expanding our professional network and fostering meaningful connections within the healthcare community. This position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the healthcare industry, connect with industry professionals, and contribute to our network's growth and success.

 

Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing networking events, maintaining communication with attendees and sponsors, delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing event logistics, and supporting event sales. While remote work is accepted, the role predominantly operates from our base in Singapore.

 

Qualifications

  • Undergrad/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Event Planning, Event Management, and Sales skills
  • Customer service experience and skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating networking events, seminars, and workshops both online and in-person.
  • Actively engage with healthcare professionals, industry partners, and stakeholders to cultivate relationships and expand our network.
  • Utilize social media platforms, including LinkedIn, to promote networking initiatives and engage with our audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify networking opportunities and leverage existing connections.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining databases.

 

Requirements:

  • Passion for the healthcare industry and a strong desire to contribute to its advancement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish connections.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Availability to work part-time or as a student, with flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events.
  • Ability to commute to our central Singapore location for in-person meetings and events.

 

Job Type: Student job

Benefits: Promotion to permanent employee based on performance

Schedule: Monday to Friday with some weekend availability
