Job Description

  • General administration and account work.
  • Provide administrative, clerical services and office support activities in order to ensure effective and efficient operation
  • To ensure proper maintenance of record, documentation and filling to support all admin and accounting entries
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible
  • Perform other assignments or tasks as required from time to time.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks, as and when required by the Superior.
  • Ability to work independently and multitasking capability.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for supervisors and managers.
