Responsibilities include but not limited to the following

• Provide general accounting support

• Preparation of bank reconciliations

• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable management

• Administering all documentation in accordance with the invoicing and receipt of payment of debtors

• Verify, process, and data entry of staff expense claims and reimbursement

• Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team

• Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements 

• Assist with other ad-hoc finance-related projects

Requirements

• Relevant educational qualifications in Finance/Accounting or related major

• Strong administration skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Highly motivated with a desire to learn

• Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
