Job Description

The Role

In this role, you will be assisting the key person managing the clinical aspects of the APAC markets that are customised for enterprise clients. This involves supporting daily operational and administrative tasks that are crucial in ensuring smooth operations.

You will support the Care Account Manager for updating and maintaining accurate data, developing monthly reports and supporting in analyzing key trends where these data will be used to generate insights and providing evidence based clinical recommendations.

You will also ensure that the Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.


What You'll Do

  • Supporting day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the T&S and SG Clinic functions
  • Updating and maintaining accurate and detailed reports on data
  • Generating monthly report with gathered data, analyzing trends to provide key insights and providing evidence based recommendations
  • Collaboration with clinical providers and other internal teams to meet client's demands
  • Handling sensitive client information ethically

Who You Are

  • Preferably qualifications in Counselling/Psychology/other mental health-related degrees
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicative, proactive, responsive, adaptive, detailed oriented and analytical
  • Experience in operational roles are appreciated.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and English language
  • Ability to maintain emotional composure in high stress situations
  • Available for at least 4 months for the internship (preferably full-time, or close to a full-time schedule)
