Job Description
				Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant Intern to provide efficient administrative and operational support across the school. This role is integral to the smooth day-to-day functioning of the institution and ensures that staff, faculty, and students receive timely and professional support in all administrative matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, including monitoring stock and restocking as needed
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and school events, ensuring proper coordination and logistics
- Handle correspondence and communication, including drafting emails, memos, and other documents
- Maintain and update filing systems, records, reports, and databases accurately
- Provide reception duties such as answering phone calls, responding to enquiries, and welcoming visitors
- Support various departments with administrative and clerical tasks
- Assist with projects and ad-hoc assignments as required by management
- Ensure smooth internal and external communication across the school
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent
- At least 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational or service-oriented environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience with a professional, approachable, and service-oriented attitude
- Meticulous, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving
- Adaptable to shift hours
