The talent acquisition intern plays a vital role in the identification of future talent at Insignia. Under direct supervision, the Recruiting Intern will perform administrative, candidate sourcing and project-driven activities, which require in depth use of this applicant tracking system, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel. The primary duties will be to assist the recruiting team in finding viable candidates for open positions as well as the facilitation of candidates through the recruiting process.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain the applicant tracking system database by ensuring that all candidate information and activity is up to date
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and feedback schedule
- Connect with potential candidates via telephone and email to engage them in the Insignia recruiting process
- Complete various projects as assigned Skills/Requirements
