Description
• Response to Customer Enquires/complaints through Email within 24 Hours(No Voice Communication needed)
• Validate Customer's agreement and Contract(SLA)
• Interacting with Customer on Orders
Requirement:
• Diploma/A-Level
• Fresh Graduates welcome to apply
• Trainings will be provided
• Able to work in fast-paced environment/Pro-active
• Monthly OT (last week of every month)
• Potential work on Public Holiday/Weekends
• Potential to be placed on 2 different shift as per below:
America Shift (Additional Monthly Shift Allowance of around $400-$600:
6am to 3pm
Tuesday to Saturday
Asia Pacific Shift (no shift allowance):
9am to 6pm
Monday to Friday
