Training: Assist with management and implementation of Imerys Asia Pacific Training Plan
Coordinate logistical arrangements with internal and external vendors
Staffing: In charge of recruitment cycle of interns and contract workers
Welcomed new employees at Singapore office (onboarding and orientation)
Administrative: Process administrative claims for expatriate staff (Visa applications, insurance, car payments, rent)
Internal Communication: Assist in cascading group communication and project information across regional network
Ensure regional user access to e-platforms
