As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an Operations Specialist Intern to join our team and support our expanding operations. This role combines hands-on operational expertise with the opportunity to drive process improvements and automation initiatives across our operations.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the client onboarding process and assist in coordinating between Relationship Managers and clients to ensure smooth account setup.
  • Assist in daily operational tasks such as documentation processing, funding support, settlement tracking, reporting, and transaction follow-ups.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Credit, Compliance, Finance) to support operational efficiency and effective communication.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure timely resolution of day-to-day operational matters.
  • Assist in managing ARP (Accounts Receivable Purchase) transactions, including documentation checks, disbursement support, and basic reporting for factoring and loan accounts.
  • Support monitoring of ARP portfolio activities and help maintain proper records for operational risk tracking.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation in compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Identify workflow gaps and propose ideas to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in digital transformation initiatives, including exposure to AI tools, automation, digitisation, and workflow optimisation projects

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Finance, Banking, or related field
  • Keen interest in a financial institution’s back-end office
  • Meticulous, ability to work as a team, and independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to commit on a full-time basis for at least 3 months
  • We regret that part-time interns will not be considered
