- Creating, Maintaining and updating the Icon Consulting Group Website through the CMS. As well as updating them with the latest news stories, blog posts, solutions, case studies etc.
- Coordinate the Focus Cloud Social Media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Xing and Instagram.
- Creation and development of relevant content for Social media, Business cards, Brochures and other Print Media.
- Use and development of materials through Hubspot
- Internal Marketing content creation to support monthly awards and a range of internal events.
- Leading the production of other marketing materials such as Newsletters, Blogs, E-mail campaigns and other Advert materials.
- The organisation of internal affairs - Consultant Travel, Seasonal Internal Events, Incentives and Team Building Events.
- 1st line Support for CRM, VOIP, Computer System issues.
- Reporting on the ROI of different marketing channels.
- Lead on conducting Research to ensure we are providing the right service to our clients and Candidates.
- Management of internal resources and equipment.
- Development and improvements of the different systems internally. (CRM and Reporting Tools)
- Assist in day to day admin support for the directors and leadership team.
