Job Description
  • Support cross-functional continuous improvement projects (kaizen, lean/six sigma) company wide
  • Collect data, perform analysis, develop countermeasures, implement the improvement project, and ensure the desired outcome is sustained in the areas of lean manufacturing, six sigma problem solving and lean business processes
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to support and drive change management

1. Kaizen/ Six Sigma Project Management

  • Support the development and Implementation of kaizen/ lean/ six sigma deployment plan
  • Gather data, conduct analyses, and develop recommendations for implementation of 5s and Lean principles
  • Use problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills to develop innovative solutions for project teams
  • Monitor the progress of kaizen/ lean/ six sigma projects and provide timely internal reports to management
  • Participate in quality investigations to determine root cause and coordinate the implementation of corrective/ improvement actions
  • Coordinate with process owners, project leaders and management team to ensure effective implementation of project
  • Support to facilitate management of improvement projects including objectives, timelines, budgets, work schedules, control plans, and leading communications within the project team
  • Assist to prepare project documentation and records
