Hipster Private Limited – Technical Project Intern (AI, Cloud & Digital Products)

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Technical Project Intern who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and working with cross-functional teams.

This is primarily a technical internship with exposure to project coordination, client engagement, and product delivery. You will gain practical experience in AI, cloud technologies, software development, and technical project management while working closely with engineers, project stakeholders, and clients.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys understanding technology, solving problems, and helping teams execute projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying and customizing AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and serverless platforms.

• Support frontend development using React, Next.js, JavaScript, and related technologies.

• Work with APIs, cloud services, databases, and microservices architectures.

• Assist with software testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and system support activities.

• Support software and hardware integration projects using SDKs and third-party platforms.

• Participate in solution implementation, technical investigations, and proof-of-concept activities.

• Collaborate with the India-based development team on product and client projects.

• Take ownership of assigned technical tasks and drive them to completion with guidance from mentors.

2. Project Coordination Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities across multiple teams.

• Break down project requirements into tasks, timelines, and deliverables.

• Maintain project schedules, trackers, and action item logs.

• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

• Participate in client and internal meetings and document requirements, meeting notes, and action items.

• Support communication between clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.

• Assist in translating business requirements into technical deliverables.

• Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and status updates.

• Support quality assurance and project review processes before project delivery.

3. Client & Team Exposure

• Participate in onsite visits and client engagements when required.

• Assist in preparing and delivering technical and project presentations.

• Gain exposure to customer relationship management and stakeholder communication.

• Work with multidisciplinary teams across different countries, cultures, and time zones.

• Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby, or Node.js.

• Interest in AI, cloud computing, software development, or digital products.

• Exposure to AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, databases, APIs, or serverless technologies is an advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and managing ambiguity.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Eagerness to learn both technical and project delivery skills.
