Take ownership From the Start - You will already enjoy the challenge of managing the company's business with your assigned customers (E-commerce/ Supermarket/ Western Pharmacy Retailers) and share accountability for its results. You will engage in joint business planning with trade customers to achieve strong distribution, in-store presence and merchandising plans for Swisse Brand. You will also be assisting in managing and optimizing promotion funds to deliver business growth in key accounts
Learn from a "Hands-On" Approach - You will spend 80% of the time recording orders and sending details to the sales office, walk the customers' stores giving feedback on sales trends; ensuring the success of our plans with customers, interacting with shoppers an store personnel, and influencing how our brands perform in-stores. You will be involved in the implementation of brand initiatives especially in new product launches with speed and excellence.
