Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Team in the HR inquiries by employees
- Assist in Employee engagement project
- Assist in Training and Development
- Assist in Compensation and Benefits project
Requirement:
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the intern will be responsible for handling employee inquiries and supporting the training, compensation & benefits and employee engagement activities in the organisation. We are looking for interns who possess the following:
• A resourceful and a self-starter, the intern will be able to analyse information and develop presentation information for the HR Team.
• An effective individual who is able to manage time and execute the project plans assigned to them ahead of plan.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• A creative individual who is able to work around traditional solutions or improve current work processes.
• Participate and support in ad-hoc HR projects when they arise.
