About Corporate Communications: 

Corporate Communications builds and protects the corporate brand and reputation of Henkel in the general public, as well as with particular stakeholder groups. We aim to increase the understanding and engagement of employees for the company strategy.

We also partner with other Henkel functions and businesses, providing strategic advice and professional communication.

We are looking for a highly motivated person who is a team player to join our Corporate Communications team. This person must enjoy writing and has the ability to create engaging content that instill employee pride and promote greater understanding of Henkel’ strategy and corporate topics, internally and externally.

With many opportunities to manage projects autonomously, the successful candidate is someone of integrity and with the maturity to manage projects end-to-end as well as a strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering quality work.


Job Description

What we offer:

  • Support internal corporate communications including corporate designing, content planning, updating, writing and publishing--aligned with global and regional strategies as well as a One Henkel approach.
  • Collaborate with the management team and partners to ensure that corporate communications reach employees at all levels through various channels like print, online, digital and face-to-face. Handle the production of the quarterly corporate magazines for Australia and New Zealand.
  • Handle the content update for three country websites. Maintain good relationship with external and internal stakeholders and proactively help in organizing corporate and employee engagement events such as Henkel Day and Town Hall meetings.
  • Manage writing agencies in Singapore and Australia and support quarterly budget preparation.


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree preferably in Communications.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in internal and/or external communications
  • Excellent skills in English both verbal and written with a flair for storytelling.
  • Detail-oriented, strong initiative, critical, committed and aims for excellent work; organized and able to multi-task.
  • Team player who strives for win-win collaboration.
