Helpling Singapore – Operations Management Intern

We are currently looking for an ambitious Operations Management Intern to support our new team in Singapore. This is a highly strategic role that will give motivated candidates the chance to directly impact the success of the company.

Responsibilities

As our Operations Management Intern, you tackle the challenge of keeping our quality at the highest level possible level and improving it. You gain an inside perspective on internet ventures and build up deep functional expertise. You will be placed in a team of very motivated and talented A-players who are driving our business forward. At Helpling, no two days are the same. The following tasks will be part of your role:

1. You take ownership over key operational and process improvement projects  
2. You help scale up the business by ensuring high service quality standards
3. You research new managing opportunities in order to improve workflows
4. You make sure that the company is running as smooth as possible
5. You report directly to the management team on the day-to-day operations

The Ideal Candidate

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
• You have a basic understanding of translating statistics to make decisions
• You are ambitious and keen on working in a high-performance environment
• You are a result-driven person, you will take all necessary steps to achieve targets
• You have an analytical and structured way of working as well as logical thinking skills and an independent mind 
• You have a proven track record of getting things done. You have a hands-on mentality and can prioritize your tasks effectively and efficiently
• You are comfortable with data analysis
• You are able to start as soon as possible
• You are able to work a minimum of 3 months
• You are able to work remotely and independently
