Looking for an intern that can commit full time for a credit-bearing internship from July to December 2026.
1) Enhancing the Existing EHS Management System – Support initiatives to strengthen compliance and improve the effectiveness of environmental, health and safety practices.
2) Data Analysis and Trending – Analyze safety-related data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
3) Process Safety Support – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform Process Safety Analysis and implement recommendations.
4) EHS Campaigns – Co-lead the planning and execution of site-wide EHS awareness activities to promote safety culture.
5) Operational Support – Assist in daily operational tasks to gain an understanding of functional processes within the plant.
6) Root Cause Analysis – Participate in investigations of EHS and operational incidents to support the identification of root causes and corrective actions.
7) Continuous Improvement Projects – Lead or support Kaizen or Lean initiatives to improve safety and efficiency across operations.
8) Cross-functional Collaboration – Engage with various departments to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
9) EHS Walkdowns & Meetings – Help facilitate regular EHS walkdowns and support EHS Committee meetings with documentation and follow-ups.
10) Documentation & SOP Review – Assist in reviewing and updating standard operating procedures and EHS documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
