People Operations Intern

Job Description

  • You will be responsible in assisting the Senior Advisor for full cycle of local hiring of Grade 1 - 4
  • You will be the representative of the People team by calling, arranging and attending interviews of applicants
  • Ensuring all positions are filled within an average of 30 working days.

In the recruitment cycle, you will be involved in the full cycle of onboarding and offboarding of employees by ensuring communication is concise and properly organized

  • Act as the main point of contact for any basic HR enquiries relating to questions such as Employment Act, CPF etc.
  • Due to PDPA and confidentiality purposes you will be responsible by upkeeping and maintaining all employees P-file (Digitally) in SharePoint.
  • You will present regular induction training for new staffs during their first day.
  • Handle HR operations activities including but not limited to employee on board, probation, contract renewal, exit, relocation, applications etc. by ensuring process completeness.

 

Project involvement

Working closely with Department Heads and Managers to create and maintaining a Job Description bank.

To cultivate a strong onboarding process to enhance Hawksford Singapore brand.

Exploring and analyse the needs of learning and development for departments.
