Job Description
- Facilitate with onboarding and offboarding
- Prepare and administer HR related letters
- Arrange new hire for medical check-up
- Updating and maintain of employees P-files
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Tracking of work pass quotas
- Handle daily HR operational activities and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requirement:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- IT savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Accuracy and meticulous to details
