Job Description

Client Billings

  • Perform high volume client billings
  • Work closely and communicate with stakeholders to resolve billing and collection issues
  • Assist with client financial year-end closing and ensure all client invoices are billed
  • To ensure all the entries in Work-in-Progress account are properly posted and revenue are recognized on timely basis

Vendor invoices

  • To reconcile actual cost with approved budget
  • Timely input all vendor invoices for payment in system

Adhoc duties

  • To ensure completeness of proper e-filing of documentation for audit
  • To assist with month end and year-end financial closing
  • To assist with internal, external and client audit
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Graduate Diploma in Accounting/Finance or higher
  • One or two years of relevant working experiences is an added advantage
  • Preferably with SPECTRA PF/IGNITIA system knowledge is an added advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Good organizational skills to handle high volume of work
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous and responsible team player who can meet tight deadlines
  • Able to commence immediately
