Job Description

Job Scope

This internship is a programs position for people who are passionate about helping learners grow and seeing them develop towards their full potential. You’ll be directly supporting participants on our programs and will have the opportunity to suggest ideas that improve program effectiveness. You’ll succeed in the role if you have strong people skills and would like to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

You’ll be given opportunities to build rapport with participants and support them in their career development journey. As the program support intern, you’ll also be able to assist in Hatch’s outreach and engagement work across a range of consumer and business profiles. On top of that, you’ll also be in-charge to track and measure outcomes and identify avenues to improve the effectiveness of programs. 

 

Learning Opportunities and Outcomes

Through this internship, you will learn how to:

1) Understand and carry out impact and outcome assessments

2) Gain experience in associated job responsibilities such as curriculum design, job coaching, and stakeholder management

3) Participate in the curriculum improvement process, including developing goals, objectives and processes
